Design a Maun Parallel Plier Competition 2023

WE NEED YOU!
Maun has manufactured pliers that are anything but ordinary since 1944.
One of our core tools is the Smooth Jaws Flat Nose Parallel Plier 140 mm. A tool that has been expertly adapted throughout the years to resolve the problems of industry and trade professionals.
At Maun, we have never-ending curiosity and are challenging you to create a cracking design that solves a problem you face.
The quirkier and more fun, the better!
We have three categories, including:
- CHILD aged 5 - 15.
- STUDENT aged 16 - 22 (or someone studying in higher education).
- ADULT over the age of 22 who is no longer in formal education.
WIN WIN WIN
We will pick a favourite from each category above, and then our expert panel here at Maun will select a final winning design that we will manufacture for you to keep.
The runners up will each receive a personalised classic plier and other Maun goodies.
To Enter:
1. Download the template provided.
2. Make your changes and create your design.
3. Children’s entries (aged 5 - 15) must be countersigned by a parent.
4. UK residents only. Maun Industries employees excluded.
5. Submit your entry by email to marketing@maunindustries.com, or post it to Design Competition, Maun Industries, Hamilton Rd, Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire NG17 5LD.
6. The three finalists (one from each category) will be selected by 14th June 2023.
7. A winner will be chosen and informed by 18th June 2023.
8. By entering, you agree that we may share your design and refer to you, using your first name only, in our social media and Maun marketing channels.
9. Prizes will be sent by post to the successful entrants. We reserve the right to adapt or modify the prize if needed. No monies will be given as part of the prize or in a substitute of the prize.
10. Entries must be received by 31st May 2023 to be included.
