Delivery Information

COVID19 Update: We wanted to let all of our customers know that we are still open and functioning, orders are still being manufactured and shipped as normal. If there is going to be a delay in your order we will let you know via email.

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY when you spend £50 (exclusive of VAT). Online only. This applies to Mainland UK customers only. 

Delivery dates and times supplied are estimates only. Orders placed before 2pm (14:00) UTC+00:00 are despatched the same working day, subject to availability, although please allow up to 7 working days for orders to be despatched due o in house manufacture. For any specialist or made to order products (which will clearly be stated in the product description) please allow up to 40 working days for your order to be manufactured and despatched.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options selected.

Deliveries made to the UK or the EU will be made by either Royal Mail or TNT, depending on the service selected. Deliveries to all other countries will be sent via TNT

Deliveries to destinations other than mainland U.K. will be arranged by the Supplier. Such deliveries can be arranged when placing your order on the website and inputting your delivery address at the checkout.  

Please note that there are delivery/shipping restrictions on some products, and therefore some products cannot be shipped to UK or international destinations and a collection must be made by the Client. 

The Client shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. The Supplier will only tender delivery of goods to persons aged over 18. 

Items are supplied subject to their availability.  Whilst we will endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders, if there is insufficient stock to meet your order, the Supplier may at their discretion contact the Client to offer a substituted product or alternatively refund the price paid for such goods as soon as possible.  

The Supplier reserves the right to change details and/or product specifications without notice.  

The Supplier reserves the right to make delivery by instalments and tender a separate invoice in respect of each instalment.  The Supplier’s failure to deliver one or more instalments or any claim by the Client in respect of any one or more instalments shall not entitle the Client to treat the Contract as a whole to be repudiated.

Please Note: For international deliveries, once your parcel has left the United Kingdom then your parcel will be passed to your local postal service for delivery. Please refer to your local postal service for the latest and updates on your delivery. Once despatched, items can take up to 28 working days for parcels to be delivered.


The Client has the right to cancel any order placed on this website within 14 calendar days beginning with the day after the date goods are delivered, without giving reason. Should the product you wish to cancel be specialist or made to order this will need to be discussed with us directly. To exercise your right to cancel orders please contact us immediately on +44(0)1623 554599. 

On cancellation for whatsoever reason the Client must return the goods in their original condition and packaging to the Supplier at their cost unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty or incorrect goods, in which case the Supplier will meet the cost of the return on the Suppliers nominated carrier.  If goods are not returned by the Client the Supplier reserves the right to deduct the cost of recovering the goods from any refund due to the Client. 

Refunds will only be made on the PayPal account, credit card, debit card, gift card or e-voucher that was originally used to complete the transaction within 30 days. PayPal refunds can only be processed to the account used for payment and not a different PayPal address. 

The Supplier reserves the right to make a deduction from the amount of the refund for loss in value of the goods returned where the goods show signs of unreasonable use; for these purposes, unreasonable use includes handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. We may withhold any refund until we have received the goods or you have supplied proof of return for the goods.
