Guaranteed Christmas Delivery:
To guarantee Christmas delivery in Mainland UK, place your order on or before Sunday 10th December if using Royal Mail 48H Tracked (free shipping), or on or before Tuesday 12th December if using Royal Mail 24H Tracked.
For European deliveries, place your order on or before Sunday 10th December.
For International deliveries, place your order on or before Thursday 7th December.
Holiday Closure Information:
We’ll be closing for the holiday period on Friday 22nd December 2023. The business will reopen and operate as normal from Tuesday 2nd January 2024.
Our next-day shipping services will be unavailable from Wednesday 20th December 2023 until Friday 5th January 2024.
Free UK Delivery using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Place your order before 14:00 UK time Monday to Friday, and we will ship it the same day.
Orders placed before 14:00 UK Time / 15:00 CET, are normally shipped the same working day.
If an item is out-of-stock, allow up to 5 working days for despatch. For custom or made-to-order products, allow up to 28 working days.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Shipping times are estimates based on experience.
Delivery by third party carriers is subject to their separate terms and conditions. You are responsible for compliance with their then current terms.
For UK destinations, we offer three delivery options:
- Free delivery using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 – smaller parcels starting at £3.00 ex. VAT (£3.60 inc. VAT).
- DHL Parcel UK (next business day) – larger parcels starting at £8.00 ex. VAT (£9.60 inc. VAT).

We deliver to over 200 countries worldwide, using a panel of international carriers with an international economy service or equivalent. The panel of carriers we use includes DHL, UPS, FedEx/TNT and DPD. In Europe, we also offer a lower cost alternative using Royal Mail.

Details of the carrier used for international shipments is advised on the despatch confirmation email.
All international customers pay the ex. VAT price. Local VAT and duties (where applicable), plus a handling charge, are payable by the customer on or prior to delivery. These charges vary by destination, are collected by the carrier and are not calculated by Maun at checkout.

When your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number and shipment details. Track your order using the following links:

- For European and international shipments, the web link for the relevant carrier’s tracking page will be included on the despatch advice email along with your tracking number.
You will need to be in to receive your delivery, and a signature from an adult may be required.
Items are sold subject to availability. We endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders. If there is insufficient stock to meet your order, we may contact you to offer a suitable alternative. If none is available, we will refund your payment as quickly as possible.
We may deliver your order in more than one shipment. If we do, we will provide a separate invoice for each shipment.

Should operational circumstances require us to do so, we reserve the right to select an alternative service or carrier to those that are detailed above. In such circumstances, we will endeavour to use a service that is of the same, or a higher standard than that originally selected at checkout. Normally this will be at no additional cost to you, unless otherwise agreed.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Maun. If you do change your mind, you may return your order within 14 days of its delivery to your address. To exercise your right to cancel your order and return the goods purchased, contact us immediately on +44(0)1623 554599 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging, and you must quote your account number / order number. You are responsible for shipping costs and for providing proof of delivery.
If you are returning goods because they are faulty or incorrect, we will meet the cost of shipping on our nominated carrier.
We may accept the return of ‘unwanted’ or ‘incorrectly ordered’ goods after 14 days, but will deduct a restocking fee of 30% of their invoice value.
We will refund you only on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
